Take that fascism!

As much as I hate pushing the lovely shot from the previous post down so soon out of the limelight, I had to show off this great gallery of fabulous propoganda posters. Every bookstore I hit I try to find a new book on poster design, and propoganda posters are some of my favorites. The books are few and far between, so when I spot a nice gallery like this, it really makes me smile. God bless Flickr.

My love for graphic design during the period of history between 1890 and 1940 has never let up, and I wish I could find more projects that allowed me to express that infatuation. It's no wonder that period in history is intriguing to me as well. My excitement about WWI last year has ascended into learning a bit about WWII and the period in between. As much as I know I would have been better off not going to war, I kinda wish I had lived during that time period.
